1. General Principles
- Refunds are only applicable if the service booked is cancelled by the client or provider.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or in-person at our office.
- Service fees charged by United Consultancy and Tours are generally non-refundable.
- Refund timelines depend on the respective airline, hotel, or tour operator.
2. Air Ticket Refunds
- Refunds for airline tickets are subject to the rules of the airline.
- Tickets booked as non-refundable are not eligible for refund.
- Any cancellation or change fees imposed by airlines will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds will be processed after the airline confirms the cancellation.
3. Tour Package and Hotel Booking Refunds
- Refund eligibility depends on the tour operator or hotel policy.
- Cancellations made before the stipulated date may be eligible for partial or full refunds minus service charges.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are generally non-refundable.
4. Visa Assistance and Documentation Support
- All fees for visa processing are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
- Refunds will not be provided if the visa is rejected, delayed, or requires additional documents.
- Any third-party charges (embassy or courier fees) are also non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are initiated after the service provider confirms eligibility.
- Processing time may take 7 to 45 working days depending on the provider and payment method.
- Bank charges or currency conversion fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
6. Exceptions
- Refund requests due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events are subject to the provider's terms and conditions.
- United Consultancy and Tours will assist clients in claiming refunds but cannot guarantee reimbursement in these cases.
