We provide professional travel-related services including:
  • Visa consultancy and documentation guidance
  • Air ticket booking (domestic & international)
  • Holiday and group tour packages
  • Hotel reservations
  • Travel insurance assistance (if applicable)
We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:
  • You are at least 18 years old OR using under guardian supervision
  • You have the legal authority to enter into agreements

4. User Obligations

You agree to:
  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Submit genuine documents for visa processing
  • Follow travel rules, immigration laws, and airline regulations
  • Not misuse our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are subject to change due to airline fares, exchange rates, and supplier policies
  • Payment must be made in full or partially as required before confirmation
  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved digital methods
  • Additional bank or transaction fees may apply

6. Booking Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Tickets and reservations are governed by respective airline/hotel rules
  • Any changes requested by the client may incur additional charges

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be requested in writing
  • Cancellation charges depend on airline, hotel, or tour operator policies
  • Service fees charged by us are non-refundable
  • No refunds for no-show or unused services

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after receiving from third-party providers
  • Processing time may take 7–45 working days depending on provider
  • Currency exchange differences and bank charges may be deducted

9. Visa Disclaimer

  • We provide consultancy only; visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the embassy
  • We are not responsible for visa rejection, delay, or additional document requests
  • Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable in case of rejection

10. Travel Risks and Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by airlines, hotels, or external factors
  • We are not liable for natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or force majeure events
  • Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance

11. Changes and Amendments

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational or safety reasons
  • We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, text, images, and design are owned by United Consultancy and Tours and protected by law.

13. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal data only for service delivery. We do not sell or share data without consent, except where required by law.

14. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:
  • Engage in fraudulent bookings
  • Provide fake documents
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt our website
Violation may result in service termination and legal action.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control including:
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • War, strikes, pandemics

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
