3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a legal guardian
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Submit genuine and valid documents
Comply with all travel, immigration, and airline regulations
Refrain from fraudulent or unlawful activities

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are subject to change based on airline fares, exchange rates, and supplier policies
Full or partial payment must be made before service confirmation
Payments may be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved digital methods
Additional bank or transaction charges may apply

6. Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
Airline tickets and hotel reservations are governed by respective provider policies
Any modifications requested by the client may incur additional charges

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Charges will depend on airline, hotel, or tour operator policies
Service fees charged by the company are non-refundable
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services

8. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) are processed after receipt from third-party providers
Processing may take 7–45 working days depending on the provider
Currency exchange differences and bank charges may be deducted

9. Visa Disclaimer

We provide consultancy and support services only. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

We are not responsible for visa rejection, delays, or additional document requirements. All visa-related fees are non-refundable.

10. Travel Risks and Liability

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third-party providers or external factors.

This includes events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure situations.

Clients are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance.

11. Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational or safety requirements.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of United Consultancy and Tours and is protected by applicable laws.

13. Privacy Policy
