Booking policy

  • A 70% deposit of the total package cost per person (or as per airline/hotel policy) is required to confirm the booking
  • Full payment must be completed at least 15–21 days prior to departure
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed with full payment
  • All required documents (passport copy, visa documents, etc.) must be submitted on time to avoid delays

Cancellation policy

·  All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to airline, hotel, and supplier policies.
·  The following cancellation charges will apply (subject to change without prior notice):
  • More than 40 days prior to departure: Deposit amount forfeited
  • 15 to 30 days prior to departure: 60% of total package cost
  • 7 to 14 days prior to departure: 85% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% of total package cost
