Day 01 | October 14 – Arrival in Guangzhou
Arrival at Guangzhou Airport. Meet and greet by the local representative, followed by airport pickup and transfer to the hotel for check-in.

DAY-2 : TOUR DETAILS

Day 02 | October 15 – Canton Fair
After breakfast, proceed to the Canton Fair using the hotel shuttle service. Spend the day exploring the fair and meeting exhibitors. Return to the hotel by shuttle service.

DAY-3 : TOUR DETAILS

Day 03 | October 16 – Canton Fair
After breakfast, proceed to the Canton Fair using the hotel shuttle service. Continue exploring the fair and attending business meetings. Return to the hotel by shuttle service.

DAY-4 : TOUR DETAILS

Day 04 | October 17 – Guangzhou Electronic Market Tour
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day visit to Guangzhou's electronic markets. City transportation and an English-speaking tour guide will be provided for the day's activities. Return to the hotel after the tour.

DAY-5 : TOUR DETAILS

Day 05 | October 18 – Departure
After breakfast and hotel check-out, transfer to Guangzhou Airport for your onward departure.

Exclusions

  • Customs duties on personal belongings, excess baggage charges, and storage fees
  • Any additional cost for upgrades to flight cabin class, hotel category, or room type
  • Additional expenses arising from force majeure events, including traffic delays, strikes, adverse weather, aircraft malfunctions, flight cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Personal expenses at the hotel, including laundry, telephone, fax, pay TV, drinks, and tobacco
  • Optional tours and any other services not included under the package inclusions
  • All personal expenses and any costs not specifically mentioned under the package inclusions
  • Driver/guide overtime charges beyond 8 working hours per day, charged at RMB 100 per hour

Booking policy

  • A 70% deposit of the total package cost per person (or as per airline/hotel policy) is required to confirm the booking
  • Full payment must be completed at least 15–21 days prior to departure
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed with full payment
  • All required documents (passport copy, visa documents, etc.) must be submitted on time to avoid delays

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to airline, hotel, and supplier policies. The following cancellation charges will apply (subject to change without prior notice):
  • More than 40 days before departure: Deposit will be forfeited
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 60% of total package cost
  • 7 to 14 days before departure: 85% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total package cost
Non-refundable services will be charged in full, regardless of the cancellation period.
